 The LVOA -S AR was design to lower and reshape the flash signature without the use of additional flash suppression devices which add length to the overall rifle. This keeps the SBR over all length to a compact size.

UPPER RECEIVER COMPATIBILITY: THe LVOA AR .223/5.56mm upper receivers will accept a standard MIL-SPEC AR-15 lower receiver. The provided buffer and buffer spring must be used for proper cycle of the LVOA AR SBR or Carbine.

The LVOA -S (SBR) is a NFA Regulated item!!

Before you place your Pre-Order make sure you have checked with your Local & State Laws before purchase. All NFA products must be transferred to a Licensed FFL/SOT holder.

War Sport Industries, LLC must have a signed, legible copy of the receiving dealer's license prior to shipment. Please verify your local and state laws and make prior arrangements with your dealer prior to purchase.

LVOA -S (SBR) Upper Sales:

SHORT BARRELED RIFLE (SBR) NOTICE: War Sport LVOA Upper Receivers with a barrel shorter than 16" may be subject to all applicable NFA/ATF restrictions.

 How to purchase a firearm online

Firearms will only ship to Federal Firearms License holders. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your house.
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns, receivers or NFA regulated firearms. Check your local & state laws before purchasing. You can call us directly to place an order or place an order online at anytime. If you place your Pre-Order online Please insert your FFL's name and phone number in the comment field when you check out. Please have your FFL include your order number and name when they send us a copy of their license. They can email a copy to us at [email protected]


Find a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL/SOT and will help you with your transaction. You can have them fax or email it to us referencing your order number and name. 

Firearms &Sales Restrictions: This item cannot be sold to the following states: CA, CT, MA, NY, and NJ unless arrangements have been made by the customer and their local FFL/SOT for compliance purposes. Contcat us at [email protected] or 910-948-2237 for details.  

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS: This product and/or its components is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations(ITAR, 22 CFR Parts 120-130) and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe penalties.

Payment: We will process half of the cost once the order is placed then charge the remainder once we ship your firearm.This insures your LVOA AR product to be placed in the build queue.

Cancelation Policy:
We will allow order cancelation within 10-days of your order. After 10-days and
you cancel the order there will be a cancelation fee of $50.00 charged to your credit/debit
card.
