Terms & Conditions

Firearms must be delivered to a Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) in your state of residence and War Sport
Industries, LLC must have a signed, legible copy of the receiving dealer'slicense prior to shipment. Please verify your local and state laws and make prior arrangements with your dealer prior to purchase.

How to purchase a firearm online

 Firearms will only ship to Federal Firearms License holders. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your house.
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns or receivers. Check your local & state laws before purchasing. You can call us directly to place an order or place an order online at anytime. Please put your FFL's name and phone number
in the comments field when you check out. Please have your FFL include your order number and name when
they send us a copy of their license. They can email or fax a copy to us.


Find a FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction. You can have them fax or email it to us referencing your order number and name.

Firearms &Sales Restrictions: This item cannot be sold to the following states: CA, CT, MA, NY, and NJ.

Payment: We will process the full payment once the order is placed. This insures your
serial number designation and color choice. ALL orders must be placed through
our online payment center.

Cancelation Policy:
We will allow order cancelation within 3-days of your order. After 3-days and
you cancel the order there will be a cancelation fee of $50.00 charged to your credit/debit
card.  

Delivery:  2 – 4 weeks from date of order.
